Nicole Marcoux
Owner of MCM
Nicole was born and raised in Hinton with deep roots in the community and a rich history of family owned and operated businesses dating back to the mid 50’s. Nicole incorporated her own business in 1999 and has 10+ years of experience in Government Infrastructure Management as well as 26+ years as an independent contract Bookkeeper.
Nicole’s experience on elected boards, negotiating contracts, capital projects combined with her local knowledge and unique insight of the Hinton and foothills region are some of her most valuable assets in Condominium, Residential / Commercial Property Management, and Commercial Sales.
Nicole was quick to identify a Niche Market in the Yellowhead District not being fulfilled shortly after licensing for Property Management. MCM is the first independent condominium management brokerage in Hinton and surrounding areas. Nicole and associates are fully committed and devoted in aiding Condo Corporations with specialized and professional services.
Holly Paradis
Holly is proud to join MCM as a Licensed Condominium Manager, bringing a strong focus on organization, communication, and resident support. She is committed to working collaboratively with condominium boards to help maintain safe, well-managed, and welcoming communities.
With over eight years of experience in residential real estate, Holly has a strong understanding of property operations and homeowner needs. She has called Hinton home for the past 15 years and previously lived in Jasper for 22 years, giving her a deep connection to local communities.
Holly brings a diverse professional background, including experience in health and safety leadership within the oil and gas industry, as well as the aquatics industry. She is actively involved in her community, serving on local boards and committees, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She looks forward to supporting current and future condominium clients.
