Nicole Marcoux
Owner of MCM
Nicole was born and raised in Hinton with deep roots in the community and a rich history of family owned and operated businesses dating back to the mid 50’s. Nicole incorporated her own business in 1999 and has 10+ years of experience in Government Infrastructure Management as well as 26+ years as an independent contract Bookkeeper.
Nicole’s experience on elected boards, negotiating contracts, capital projects combined with her local knowledge and unique insight of the Hinton and foothills region are some of her most valuable assets in Condominium, Residential / Commercial Property Management, and Commercial Sales.
Nicoles quickly identified a Niche Market in the Yellowhead District not being fulfilled shortly after licensing for Property Management. MCM is the first independent condominium management brokerage in Hinton and surrounding areas. Nicole and associates are fully committed and devoted in aiding Condo Corporations with specialized and professional services.
Charlene Jegen
Property Manager | Registered Broker
Charlene has called Hinton her home since 2011 when she relocated from Edmonton, AB. She decided to pursue her passion for real estate in 2018 after graduating from NAIT.
Charlene quickly identified a need for property management in Hinton and was the first licensed property manager to align herself with the Hinton rental market. Having successfully owned and managed personal investments since 2012, Charlene applies her knowledge and experience managing numerous independently and collectively owned properties in Hinton.
In 2022, Candescent Property Management was founded, a brokerage dedicated to offering the best services in property management.
